(DC) The Milwaukee police officer who shot a criminal suspect and kicked off days of civil unrest in the city is an aspiring rapper who previously rapped that, “Imma start a riot like it’s Baltimore.”
Dominique Heaggan-Brown, 24, who killed Sylville Smith during a pursuit last Saturday, has been with the Milwaukee Police Department for six years. He has been an officer for three. On the side, Heaggan-Brown also had a music career performing as “KB Domo.”
In 2015, KB Domo appeared with hip-hop artist Dae Flywalker in a freestyle cover of Meek Mill’s song, “Monster.” About 45 seconds into the song, he raps that he’s going to “start a riot like it’s Baltimore.” Just two months before the video’s June 1 release date, Baltimore was rocked by riots stemming from the death of Freddie Gray while in police custody.
Here’s his rap video, in the slightest case you’re interested:
Folks, let’s recap this BIZARRE situation:
- The cop who shot the thug — which in turned kicked off massive riots in Milwaukee — is a black, aspiring gangster rapper who once rapped about starting a Baltimore-like riot.
- Black, rioting protesters in Milwaukee targeted white people because the felonious thug was justifiably shot — by a black, rapping cop.
Does anybody else find this absolutely mind-blowing?
