Bill O’Reilly hasn’t had a great week, as he was forced out of a decades-long successful Fox News show by a fresh round of sexual harassment allegations which so far have not been proven.
Even with the mountain of controversy surrounding the fiery primetime cable news host, his massive fan base made it loud and clear that they weren’t abandoning the veteran of the industry.
Luckily for them, O’Reilly announced that as hard as some have tried, he’s not going anywhere.
Washington Times reports:
Bill O’Reilly is ready to return to the airwaves for the first time since parting ways with Fox News last week.
The author and political commentator announced on his website that he will host a “No Spin News” podcast Monday, five days after his 20-year-run at Fox was ended by the network amid claims that he paid five women roughly $13 million to settle sexual harassment claims.
“Tonight. The No Spin News Returns — 7 p.m. Eastern,” the website message read. “Free through Sunday. Continues for premium members Monday, May 1.”
“It is tremendously disheartening that we part ways due to completely unfounded claims,” Mr. O’Reilly said in a statement after his professional relationship with Fox ended. “But that is the unfortunate reality many of us in the public eye must live with today.”
The author’s latest book, “Old School: Life in the Sane Lane,” debuted on the New York Times’ best-seller list in early April.
